System Wide Fundraising Opportunities

  • Auction - This annual fundraiser is the largest event at Waukesha Catholic. This event is held in January or February of each year at the Country Springs Hotel in Pewaukee. A silent auction, oral auction, and raffle are included in the festivities. It is a big night of fun, laughter and dancing. It is a grand Waukesha Catholic celebration. - The proceeds may be ear marked for a special purpose or go towards offsetting the general fund.   • 52 Club - The ticket sales kick off date is in February and closes six weeks later. Each ticket you purchase gives you 156 chances to win. Weekly winners are announced in each parish bulletin. - This fund goes towards Tuition Assistance.

  • Magazine Drive - The magazine drive is held in September each year. You may take advantage of this fundraiser year round, see the QSP ad at the top of this page. - The funding for this drive offsets tuition.

  • Market Day - This Market lets you order frozen foods and delivers them to your campus. From yummy pies to green beans and turkey, each campus processes monthly orders. - Earnings from each Market Day stay at each campus.

  • Scrip - Weekly orders are filled for grocery, gas, restaurant, and specialty gift cards. - One-half of the profits is available for families to apply to their tuition. The other half is used to offset the general fund. For more details on this program look at the "Scrip" section in this web site.

  • Various - Small fund raisers or collections take place from time to time at each campus. Such as bake sales to raise money for the 6th grade retreat at St. Joseph Campus. Scouts will collect books or hold a food drive for the shelters.



    Collect These Items and Send to the School Office

  • Box Tops - Box Tops for Education is a coupon found on many products including the newly added Kimberly-Clark brands. Clip this coupon and save. These labels are worth 10 cents each. The schools send these coupons into the company and receive a check.

  • Campbell Labels - The label from Campbell's products can be taken off and saved. Send the label from qualifying canned, bottled or packaged products to school. Underneath the UPC code it will indicate "save this UPC" or "save this label". Campbells gives the school points for each label collected. These points can then be redeemed for school supplies and equipment.

  • Land's End - Land's End will send the school a check for 3% of total purchases. Whenever you order from Land's End give them our school #9000-2735-0 to get the credit.

  • Milk Caps - Save the milk caps from Golden Guernsey milk jugs. These caps are sent into the company for a rebate of 5 cents each.

  • Office Depot - Give the checkout clerk our school ID #70110776 at the time of purchase. Office Depot will send our school a check for 5% of the total purchases.

  • Sentry - Sentry Food Stores will place a sticker on the back of your cash register receipt. Ask for this sticker at the time of checkout. Send the receipt into the school office. Sentry will send a check to the campus for 1% of the total receipts.

  • Pick N Save - Pick N Save Food Stores will also send a check to the campus for 1% of the total receipts. To activate this you must register at the customer service counter and designate the campus to receive the credit. St. Joseph's number is 781640, St. Mary and St. William Campus also participate. There is nothing to save or send in, just get your card registered.

  • Target Charge Card - Sign up for a Target charge card, designate the name of one of the campus locations, and Target will send the campus a check for up to 1% of the purchases.



  •
